Amanda Kruse has over a decade of experience as a full-time writer and editor, working with small presses and indie authors. She holds a BA in creative writing from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a graduate-level publishing certification from the University of Denver. Her specialties include books that interweave classic themes with modern settings, folklore, and fairy tales, and she especially appreciates stories with surprising characters. Amanda currently lives in Colorado with her husband, where they enjoy the mountains and great outdoors. When she’s not reading, writing, or editing, she spends time with her horse and adventuring around the world with her friends and family.
