Lyric Dodson is a ghostwriter and developmental editor specializing in self-help, personal development, spirituality, and Black/Indigenous wisdom books. She earned a BA in English and a certificate in creative nonfiction writing from Northern Illinois University, and she's currently training with Wambtac Communications's Ghostwriting Professional Designation Program. With over three years of in-house experience and eight years in the industry, Lyric has edited over 50 titles for publishers, like Sounds True, BenBella, Hardie Grant, and more. In her free time, she enjoys taking long walks, snuggling with her cat, and planning her next traveling adventure.
